What is a Pauper? In simplicity it is a poor person. We are really not poor, nor rich, but find ourselves as most in this economic times eeking out a living and finding richness in the simple things of life. Simple times, simple pleasures and simple honest hard work, values we appreciate. We strive to create decor and fragrances that emulate those simple pleasures of the senses of the eyes and nose. What does a Pauper's Kottage look like? Well, it is pretty basic with a few gems scattered around here or there. We work hard to provide the highest quality of the products we produce and to make sure that they will be making you want to come back for more.
Our candles are hand-poured right in our shoppe, the embroidery machine is right behind the counter so that you can watch your embroideries come to life, the vinyl is cut and readied right there as well. If you order online the order is either manufactured or readied just as if you were standing in our store. It may take a bit of time but when you get it, it will be worth the wait.
Should you want custom made to order items all you need to do is email us with an idea or request and we will follow up with a quote. Since, what we do is handmade by us we can accomodate wholesale and welcome ideas to expand.
What all do we do you may ask? Well, here is a partial list; Candles, Paupourri, (get it Pau-pourri?) :) Room Sprays, Fragrance Oils, Warmies, (tarts) Bakery style candles, Embroidery, Vinyl Wall Art, Quilting, and sewing. Click on the links above and each one will be described in detail.
